Location was good. There were many warungs along our gang to have a meal at and a couple of bigger restos.. We tried quite of few of them. All good. A couple of laundry places and little shops to grab snacks at. The main road was at the end of the gang, where you had access to everything. Very busy, many bars, restaurant's, Gallery's, The Water Palace, the Ubud Markets, gelato, coffee shops, boutiques. Our Villa was at the end of the compound. Very quiet, which was lovely. Nice little pool, verandah, decent sized room and bathroom.

It was a short 10 min walk from Ubud main streets but enough away to be quiet from traffic noise. Very close to Warung Krisna with amazing food. The private pool was glorious. An outdoor kitchen meant we could bring groceries home to cook. Staff were delightful and always ready to help. The grounds of the site are exquisite with koi ponds, frangipani trees. We saw all sorts of wonderful wildlife in the gardens. Frogs, geckos, birds etc. The bath was very relaxing and more than enough for two people to comfortably have a soak. A large kingsize bed with mosquito nets.

Breakfast: Consistent and sufficient. Delivered promptly each day.More practice on easy/over eggs needed .Also need poached eggs as option.Toast was never really toasted and 'jam' was apple sauce :) Overall breakfast was fulfilling if not inspiring. Location: Quiet location at top of Jalan Sandat.But long hill to walk up to reach villas along very narrow lane only just able to accommodate 1 car.Taxi drivers reluctant to go there due to difficulty in passing if 2 vehicles met.No pavement so constant need to get out of way of incessant motor cycles.

The Villas are really spacious, I just like the big bathroom and the traditional look of the Villa. Also having a pool is a plus and a little kitchen.

Great location and the staff were very accommodating. The grounds are just gorgeous as was the outside area of our villa.

The location was great, as it's easy to access all the activities in Ubud, but it still feels very quiet and serene.

This is a lovely secluded property away from the main area of a bird but also easily accessible with a short walk. The villas themselves are very private and clean and the staff are very kind and accommodating.
